Key benefits

Struvite dissolution: Creates an acidic urinary pH that’s unfavourable for bacteria commonly linked to struvite stones and supports effective dissolution.

Urine dilution: Promotes increased urine volume to lower mineral concentration and provide a natural bladder “wash-out.”

Low RSS: Helps keep urine undersaturated, discouraging formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.

Reduced magnesium: Limits a key component of struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate).

Not recommended for

Pregnancy, lactation, or growth

Chronic renal failure or metabolic acidosis

Pancreatitis/history of pancreatitis, hyperlipidaemia, heart failure

Concurrent urine-acidifying medications
