Betamox LA 150 mg/ml Suspension for Injection

Betamox LA is a long-acting antimicrobial injectable suspension indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible microorganisms in cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, and cats, particularly when prolonged activity from a single injection is required. It may also help prevent secondary bacterial infections caused by sensitive organisms, even when bacteria are not the primary cause of illness.

It is effective against a broad range of bacteria, including:
Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococci, and Streptococci.

Indicated for infections involving:

Alimentary tract

Respiratory tract

Skin and soft tissue

Urogenital tract

Prevention of post-operative infections (administer prior to surgery)

Usage Instructions:
Use only as directed by your veterinary surgeon. Always read all product labels and packaging carefully before use.

Important Warnings:

Not suitable for intravenous or intrathecal administration

Do not use in rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, or guinea pigs

Not for use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients

Not suitable for lactating sheep producing milk for human consumption
